The Pathways to Career Success Conference focuses on key strategies for successful career advancement from different gender perspectives.  Keynote Speaker Bernice Toledo, Passaic County Surrogate is only the second woman to be elected as surrogate court judge in Passaic County.  As an alumna of William Paterson University (BS, ’94, MA ’98), she will discuss the use of leadership skills and business expertise to overcome significant workplace challenges.  Workshop speakers throughout the day will highlight their personal leadership strategies, and examine their roles as mentors and sponsors for future leaders.

WPU Co-Sponsors:  Cotsakos College of Business, CPE, Alumni Relations, Career and Advisement Center, Women’s Center, Student Activities Programming Board, Campus Activities, and WPU SBDC. 

Business Partners:  Enterprise, NJAWBO, Sidewalk University, Show 4 U Entertainment

 WPU students who register will receive a certificate of attendance, and will be awarded 1 Professional Enrichment point for each workshop.
