Discusses organizational bottlenecks to supply chain success:  models such as Lean, Six Sigma, Demand Driven Supply Chain, SCOR; the service supply chain; supply chain design and implementation; tier management; supply and demand management; risk management;  outsourcing; and the physical, relational, financial, and informational supply chain process mapping.

Participants discuss the steps in implementing supply chain management in an organization.

The course also has face-to-face meetings.
